The port of Kotor is visited by many cruise ships all year round. It is just 100 metres to the old town of Kotor. Close to the port there are high class restaurants and bars. 

The coordinates of the port is 42º 25´ N and 18º 46´ E. It is on the south of the Bay of Kotor. Kotor port is open 24 hours for 7 days. The capacity of port of Kotor is 80 berths from 8m yachts to 300 m long yachts. Nautica, the Yacht Club provides services for the yacht owners. 

The Port of Kotor is 15 minutes to Tivat Airport and 90 minutes to Podgorica airport and Dubrovnik Airport.

How to get to St Tryphon Cathedral from Kotor Port?

You can easily walk from the port of Kotor to St Tryphon Cathedral. Below you can see the map of directions from Kotor port to St Tryphon.

When you go out of Port of Kotor at the main street walk towards south until the Tuk tuk Montenegro. From Tuk tuk Montenegro turn left through the main gate, Sea Gate of the old town of Kotor and walk about 60 metres to Tobacco S Press. Turn right from Tobacco S Press and walk about 35 metres then turn right. After 140 metres St Tryphon Cathedral will be on your left.

Port of Kotor is where you’ll arrive first in Kotor if you’re sailing or travelling by cruise ships. It is a few metres walk to the main gate of Kotor Old Town, the Sea Gate and once you walk through the Sea Gate you are in the Square of Arms. You can start to explore the Kotor old town which will take about 1,5 to walk non-stop to see most of the attractions. You can take breaks at restaurants and cafés while walking through the narrow streets of this stunning medieval town.
